Student Information- Please answer the following questions as the student.

Please select the citizenship status of the student applying. This information will not be shared with anyone. It is only used for eligibility purposed. See below for a guide:

Naturalized Citizen: US citizen who applied for citizenship after birth; Naturalization is the legal process by which a non-citizen voluntarily acquires citizenship or nationality of another country.

Non-Citizen: Undocumented

Permanent Resident: Permanent Residents are non-citizens of the United States who are living in the U.S. permanently under legally recognized and recorded permanent residence as an immigrant. Permanent Residents are also known as “Green Card holders.”

US Citizen: U.S. citizenship is usually acquired by birth when a child is born in the territory of the United States. In addition to U.S. states, this includes the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please read how to answer the following financial questions-

If the applicant is a dependent on taxes (does not pay more than 50% of their cost of living), answer as a household.

If the applicant is an independent on taxes (pays more than 50% of their cost of living), answer as self.
