South Korea and the Pacific Alliance 이 프로젝트에서는 대한민국이 태평양 동맹 국가들(칠레, 콜롬비아, 멕시코, 페루)과 체결한 FTA의 변천과 결과에 대해 공과 사의 영역에서의 비전과 결정적 견해들을 점검한다. 따라서 관계국가들간 경제협력에 있어 FTA의 영향과 투자 그리고 경제협력 초기에 대해서 다루게 될 것이다. 이 비교분석은 대한민국과 태평양 동맹 국가들간의 경제협력과 투자에 있어 도전과 현존하는 기회와 관련해 의미있는 정보를 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 이 프로젝트 결과물의 독창적이고 엄격한 조사와 분석은 장차 FTA를 통해 긴밀한 관계와 이익 강화의 가능성을 찾고자 하는 공적 사적 기관과 국가들에게 정치적 조언을 가져다줄 것이다. 프로젝트의 결과들은 발견과 결론들에 대한 정책 보고서, 정책 요약, 학문적 논문을 포함한다. 이 프로젝트는 벨기에 브뤼셀 자유 대학교 한국 석학과 공동으로 시작했으며, 콜롬비아 로스 안데스 대학교의 지원을 받아 대한민국와 태평양 동맹 국가들간의 경제협력 수업에서의 프로젝트로까지 확장된다.
