This form is to register for the Summer Boost Program for current 6th and 7th grade students. Even if you completed the interest form we need you to confirm your registration here.

Current 8th graders have an opportunity to attend Summer Bridge Math Courses at the high school.  Parents should have received an email to register for a 9th grade bridge course.  For questions on Summer Boost Registration, please contact plum@cnusd.k12.ca.us
