Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 23 - 25, 2020.

• Registration will open on Friday, November 13th at 6:00 am
• Registration will close on Thursday, November 19th at   11:59 pm

Parents and guardians can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select available time slots to meet with teachers.  This process is the same process used last year.

The purpose of this conference window is to allow parents/guardians the opportunity for a quick meet and greet with staff to discuss general student progress.  Accordingly, each conference slot is 15 minutes long.  If you have a pressing concern, you are strongly encouraged to contact the teacher to discuss it outside of the conference window.  Synergy Conference Management allows users to schedule time with individual teachers.  

To permit access to our staff by all parents with interest, we ask that parents schedule conferences only for those classes for which there are concerns.  Unlike your experience in elementary school, middle-level educators do not have a slot for every student.  So, please be strategic about who you would like to see and mindful of the need for your neighbors to have the same access.  Each parent/family is requested to please only schedule with 3 teachers and only the student's teachers of Semester 1 or Quarter 2.   Codes for meetings will be listed under the teacher’s “location” when you sign up for conferences.  Directions for scheduling conferences are listed below.  

Register for a Conference

1. Log into HCPSS Connect. Please access the attached link, Parent Conference Set-Up Information.pdf, for step-by-step instructions for scheduling parent/teacher conferences or view the short video. 
2. In the Navigation pane, select Conference and click the Parent Scheduled Conferences link in the top right corner to schedule conferences.
3. Select a time option for each class listed. The conference will be saved automatically. Once you select a time option, all other time options for that class will become unavailable.
4. To select a different time option, clear the first checkbox and select a new option.
5. If you have more than one student, select the next student in the banner across the top.
6. NOTE: Keep in mind the conference times you selected for your first student when selecting conference times for any additional students.

*Please note, some teachers may not be available during evening conferences and/or on Wednesday.
