When the weather is cooler are pups allowed on the patio?
A:
Yesssss. Patio is dog friendly. I brought my Belgian Mal twice last year. Another reason to go to Juan's on top of the great food and service.

Absolutely the best Mexican food in Henderson! Not to mention the excellent service and the price is reasonable. Reservations are not required but highly recommended.

As usual, Juan's never disappoints! It was my first time at this location at Henderson and it was really nice and quaint. I had the steak and cheese fajitas and they were tasty. My other half had the California burrito and although I didn't taste any, it looked pretty good!
The service was great as usual! You can't help but to top it off with their $5 margaritas!
If you're ever in Old Henderson, I would say this is the place to go! Until next time, cheers!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Warren R.Las Vegas, NV0222Mar 22, 2024Updated review

Fajitas were very tasty and recommend the shrimp cocktail. - Brittany F.Mission Viejo, CA03786Mar 19, 2024
Fajitas were delicious!!! We got the steak and shrimp fajitas with cheese added. Flour tortillas are yummy!! Sides are great!
Kids loved the complimentary soup! Chips need work but it's awesome that they come with beans and salsa. Water tastes gross. Alcoholic drinks are not great at all! No consistency and not so tasty. Barely taste like what they are supposed to and doesn't seem like there is a decent amount of alcohol in each ether. Ambiance is fun and lively! We would definitely go again!
It was uncomfortable during our meal because our server came and told us she was leaving and another server would be helping. She had taken our orders, gotten us water/ some drinks, chips, beans, salsa. But the other server handled bringing the food, getting refills, cleaning the table/ taking the check.. so we double tipped because we didn't want either of them to be jilted on a tip. Gave the first server her tip before she left and then tipped the other server also at the end.
Hope they aren't in a habit of splitting servers like that. Not sure what to do in that situation.
But anyways.. all in all a great place! Had fun! Tasty food!Helpful 0Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 29, 20242 check-ins
After a hike nearby, two of us stopped at Juan's for lunch. I was unaware that there was more than one Juan's Flaming Fajitas in the area. I surely was wrong. It's good my companion knew this.
We found parking on the street and then jaywalked across Water Street. The entrance is on the left side of the building. Up a few steps and in a door, and your at reception. There was a couple waiting to be seated and then we were taken to our table. There is a wait list on Yelp if you want to get in a virtual line when they're busy.
After being seated, our server explained the lunch special. They have a list of nine dishes from which you can choose any two. We each ordered the same thing--a chicken taco and a beef tamale. I got mine with plain beans. My companion got hers with mixed vegetables.
We were soon brought our iced teas and chips and salsa. There was also a container of bean dip. Take care not to fill up on the chips and salsa. In a short time, the server arrived with our lunches. With this combo, it becomes a substantial lunch. For the taco, you have the choice or crisp or soft. We each got the crisp taco.
The food was quite good. The queso on the taco was the perfect topping for this dish. I was surprised there was no hot sauce on the table so I spooned some from the salsa container with the chips. The masa with the tamal was nicely done.
We did not have dessert. This was a good stop and I'm glad I know it's here although I live much closer to the original place on Trop. A solid lunch and great service!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - 11885160Feb 24, 2024Seated via Yelp Reservations
We went for happy hour after work. Yesi was our main server and she was awesome! We were a pretty big party that kept expanding. They were very accommodating to fit us in on a busy Friday evening. Great happy hour choices and prices. Love music as the evening wore on. I ordered shrimp ceviche and it was delicious. One of my favorite parts is they you get 2 Salsas and bean dip with the tortilla chips. I just remembered that I didn't order some jalapeños and onions .
Went back today Saturday for some menudo and Javier was working the bar area since it was crowded we opted to sit at the bar. Menudo is delicious and cheaper than the local taco shops. We did gamble and make sure you order house drinks, we didn't realize our drinks were not "house" drinks so we were changed and that was a bit pricey plus the money we lost haha.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 19, 2024Updated reviewSeated via Yelp Reservations
Came here for dinner. Just not as good as usual. We shared the fajitas for 2 and got chicken and beef. We did not get the soup which we like. Waitress said that they ran out and making a new batch. The Fajitas were decent. Came with rice and beans but the beans were ice cold and the rice was lukewarm. The only garnish for the fajitas was sour cream and guacamole. Prices ok. So tonight hopefully was just a misstep.

We got the lunch fajitas which were very good. Taco salad and burritos were also very good. Good service. A real staple here in Vegas.

We had rode our bikes to catch the tail end of happy hour which runs from 3-6 and it so happened to be Margarita Wednesday as well. All day Wednesday they offer 5 dollar house margaritas either frozen or on the rocks. The happy hour has a few tasty items to choose from as well and we ordered the queso fundido and the Fajita Fries. The margaritas here are amazing and we tried several different ones. During our visit there also was live music and we sat outside on the patio so we could people watch on Water St. The service was incredible and our server was very attentive and very personable. We cant wait to go back and actually order from the menu.
