Once caregivers complete the RAPID-GUARDIAN
Questionnaire, a RAPID-GUARDIAN form is created. The RAPID-GUARDIAN form provides first responders with personalized details about your loved one and is securely stored on our protected server at your local 9-1-1 call center.
First Responders
In the event of an emergency, all you need to do is advise the 911 dispatcher that your loved one is in the RAPID-GUARDIAN database. They will then initiate a search, locating the RAPID-GUARDIAN form generated when you completed the questionnaire ahead of time. This information will be sent ONLY to the responding emergency personal

Testimonials
Lauren Neale,
Maury County TN
“I’m so thankful for Rapid Guardian because I know first responders will be able to take care for my son during the time of an emergency. I hope we never experience a bad situation but if something should happen, the first responders would be aware of how to calm Corban, where to find him in our home, and know how he communicates. He is safe with Rapid Guardian!”

As a parent, the scariest thing to think about is something happening to your child. As a special needs parent, you have the extra fear of wondering if those involved are equipped to deal with the challenges that may come with special needs. This program needs to be in place in every county!" Having this in place will put so many parents/caregivers like myself a little more at ease being able to know that in an emergency situation, there is a system in place to help ensure my child's needs are known and able to be met.
