Masking
Your health and safety are important to us, and if you would like to wear a mask, please do so. In addition, if you would prefer members of your care team mask, please let the check-in desk know.
While Prevea Health doesn't require masking within our health centers, please mask if you have a cough or any respiratory symptoms to help protect the health of those around you.
Testing
Prevea offers PCR COVID-19 testing, which is billed to insurance, at select locations statewide. Appointments for COVID-19 testing can be made through MyPrevea. Additionally, test results will only be available in MyPrevea.
COVID-19 vaccinations
Prevea Health is offering updated Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations to all those currently eligible for vaccination as determined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. You do not have to be a Prevea patient to receive COVID-19 vaccination through Prevea Health.
We strongly encourage patients and community members to confirm insurance coverage for COVID-19 vaccination prior to scheduling appointments. If you do not have insurance coverage, please visit www.vaccines.gov to review available low/no-cost options.
