Lo Galluccio is a poet/prose-writer and vocal artist who recently graduated from Stonecoast's MFA program in creative writing. Her work has appeared in Litkicks.com, www.strangeroad.com, The Heat City Literary Review, Abramalin magazine, Night magazine, Home Anthology, Eden Waters Press, Lungfull magazine!, Wilderness House Literary Review, The Audience Review, Muddy River Review, among others. In 2008, Cervena Barva Press released her prose-poem memoir, Sarasota VII and she appeared in Heide Hatry’s collection, Heads and Tales on Charta Books. In the summer of 2009, Alternating Current Press published another chapbook called, Terrible Baubles which is available at http://alt-current.com/. She has three vocal CDs Being Visited, Spell on You and Terrible Baubles all of which can be heard on Spotify. Being Visited and Spell on You are also available on her Bandcamp site for purchase, along with musical collaborations with Adam Sherman. She’s been nominated for three Pushcart Prizes in Poetry and read at The Somerville Arts Festival and St. Mark's Marathon Day Reading in NYC, among many other venues. Her first poetry chapbook Hot Rain, along with Sarasota VII and Terrible Baubles are all available through I Am Books and Cervena Barva Press's bookstore, http://www.thelostbookshelf.com/g.html. Lo served as the 4th Poet Populist of Cambridge between 2013-2015. Her chapbook, Not for Amnesia, will be released on Cervena Barva Press in fall of 2022.
