JDA Advisors believes that investment success requires more than just access to capital. Our firm provides a unique combination of financing along with a deep commitment to advising our portfolio companies over the long term.

After over 20 years of working at some of the largest private equity firms in the country, Benjamin Kahn founded JDA Advisors as a holding company to invest in a diversified set of privately held businesses. With significant consumer expertise in franchising, health & wellness, beauty products & services, and food & beverage, JDA also looks to selectively acquire manufacturing, education and healthcare services companies.

We will only invest in a business where we have relevant operational expertise and a significant ability to accelerate revenue growth.

The success that JDA's founding principal has achieved is directly attributed to his family. In that family spirit, JDA was named after Benjamin's sons Jacob (8) and Daniel (10) and his wife, Amy.
