HELP SUPPORT THE FIVE OAKS PTO
Vote for the staff member you’d most like to see get duct-taped to a wall at a future all-school assembly! Five jars will be placed in the front office daily for contributions of cash and checks, which can also be mailed to Five Oaks PTO at 1600 NW 173rd Ave. Beaverton, OR 97006. Please note a staff member’s name in the memo. Want to give by PayPal? Click here and select “Spring Fundraiser” on the drop down menu. Be sure to mention the staff who gets credit! Any donations that aren’t specific will be split between the five awesome Five Oaks staff stepping up to help us out! The “winner” also gets a $50 gift card. Need a receipt or have a company match to contribute? Email treasurer@fiveoakspto.org.
If we reach our $5,000 goal, every student gets a donut and an end-of-the-year dance!
