Welcome, I’m Erin

I’m Erin McCarthy PhD, Mindfulness Coach & Philosophical Counsellor - and thanks to my unique combination of 30+ years of mindfulness practice and my training and experience as a Philosophy Professor - I can help you discover how to become the calmest, most confident and most capable version of yourself.

As a long term meditator I discovered first-hand the transformative power of mindfulness - and as a professor, speaker, author, concussion survivor and parent of twins, I’ve had the opportunity to integrate these practices into everyday life in a sustainable way.

I’m passionate about sharing these tools and the culmination of my insights in order to help curious humans find and listen to their own inner wisdom - so that they can truly heal and flourish.
