We are looking for staff members who are interested in assisting students with disabilities who require direct adult supervision throughout the day. The position works under the daily supervision of the school administration and the direction of the classroom teacher(s) or other professional staff members. Our positions are currently placed in the Howard County School System working a typical school day, a daily maximum of 6 hours. We do look for individuals who are willing to commit to working the duration of the school year. We currently only work the days students are in class and typically do not offer summer employment. The vast majority of positions are 6 hours daily up to 30 hours weekly, however we do have select positions in the pre-school age group working fewer than 20 hours weekly for those with limited availability.

 

We seek those who are eager to work with students with special needs. We do prefer a college degree, such as a Bachelor or Associates.
