TRES Cardboard Challenge 2023
The TRES Cardboard Challenge 2023 is on! This year's theme is "Groovy Imagination" -  just imagine all the possibilities of what you could create!

Access the Google Slides Presentation about this year's Cardboard Challenge to view the story video and see examples from previous events.

If you accept the challenge, you get to use your imagination and engineering know-how to design and build an object out of cardboard and other recycled materials. Using recycled materials such as paper towel rolls, cereal boxes, egg cartons, cardboard, and lots of tape, your imagination is the limit in your project. You can work alone, with a friend, or make it a family project. If you participated last year, try something new and different!

On Thursday, January 12th, TRES will hold a Cardboard Challenge Night from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Bring your finished project to the school to display, share, and play with other participants.

Will your contraption have moving parts, player pieces, or a puzzle to solve? Take the challenge and get creative!

Send any questions to Ms. Spangler laura_spangler@hcpss.org or Mrs. Jenkins Patricia_Jenkins@hcpss.org.
