Florida Department of Health is offering COVID-19 testing by appointment for school staff and school age students only. This approved diagnostic shallow nasal swab test is free of charge and takes about 45 minutes to get the results. Registration is required for each individual testing. When registering, please enter your name as it appears on you ID.
Minors must have a parent/guardian present in order to be tested.
If testing is for an asymptomatic public school student, please make sure testing occurs on day 5 or later, from the day of last exposure to a COVID-19 positive person.
Each family member must register separately and get a separate ticket.
Please be ready to present the following documents the day of testing:
Photo ID, school ID and appointment ticket.

El Departamento de Salud del Condado de Seminole junto al Condado de Seminole estan ofreciendo pruebas de COVID-19 gratis por cita para el personal de las escuelas y para estudiantes de edad escolar solamente. Esta prueba diagnostica es gratis y toma 45 minutos en recibir los resultados. Se requiere que cada persona que se haga la prueba se registre por separado. Cuando se registre, escriba su nombre tal y como aparece en su identificación.
Menores deben ser acompanados por su padre/madre/tutor legal.
Si la prueba es para un estudiante de escuela pública sin síntomas, la prueba debe hacerse el día 5 o mas tarde, luego de su ultima exposición a la persona infectada con COVID-19.
Cada miembro de la familia debe ser registrado individualmente para obtener su propio ticket. Por favor tenga los siguientes documentos disponibles el día de la prueba:
Identificación con fotografía, identificación escolar y el ticket de su cita.
