2024 SES Science Fair Volunteer Form

This form is for Swansfield community members who are interested in serving as a volunteer for the Swansfield Elementary School Science Fair on Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm held in the Swansfield Cafeteria.

Please complete this form as soon as possible so we can best plan for the Fair!

There are two different opportunities for volunteers:

1. Set up for the fair. (6:00 - 6:30 pm) This will involve moving tables and laying out signs for student presenters.

2. We are looking for judges to help on the night of the fair. Judges will circulate amongst the posters, asking students questions and determining "superlative"-style award for each project (i.e. "Coolest experiment" for a project involving ice). Judges should be available starting at 6:15 pm on the night of the fair.
