Due to the colder weather coming soon we are asking all families to please complete this updated form if you want your child considered for outdoor seating. To accommodate all requests, we may not be able to offer it to your child all 5 days each week.  Keep in mind as the weather gets colder students that chose to eat outside will be outside for 60 minutes - 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for recess.  Outdoor lunch will be held on days when the temperature is above 20 degrees, not raining/snowing, and we have enough staff. In addition, there is limited table seating outside so quite often students choose to sit on the ground.  In addition, there will be a seating chart for Outdoor Seating as well as inside.  Please complete this survey by 11/23 if you want your child to eat outside.  

ONLY STUDENTS WHOSE PARENTS HAVE GIVEN PERMISSION ON THIS FORM TO EAT OUTSIDE WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE OUTSIDE  SEATING
