Stories for All: A Digital Storytelling Project for the Twenty-First Century brings together over forty Kansas-based partner projects dedicated to gathering marginalized and suppressed histories, interconnecting them, and sharing them widely through digital media.
Stories for All, a partnership between the Hall Center for the Humanities and the Institute for Digital Research in the Humanities at the University of Kansas, is supported by a major grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

Storytelling is central to the human experience. Through stories, we reveal who we are and what we value, as individuals and as cultures. Stories connect us to one another and to our pasts. Yet many stories remain ignored or silenced, and they often divide us, in part because there is so little interchange among approaches to storytelling rooted in diverse cultures and histories.
Stories for All brings into conversation digital projects that represent a wide range of traditions, histories and goals, sharing a common investment in social justice. Together we will address the opportunities, challenges, ethics, and politics of storytelling in the digital era.
