Raksha was a founding member & spokesperson for the Google union, before she left the world of big tech to start her own media + education company. Raksha is a community organizer and sex educator, and she is most passionate about abolitionist topics such as the decriminalization of sex work, the democratization of technology and the tech industry, and grassroots power-building and solidarity between all oppressed persons for our collective liberation.

Raksha has spoken at Stanford, Rotterdam School of Management, and The Rosa-Luxemburg Foundation. Her writing can be found in Mashable, PBS, and Them Magazine. She offers consultation services for organizations wishing to improve diversity + equity practices, and has provided contracted services for American Repertory Theater at Harvard, the Ruby on Rails Conference, and Queer in AI, in advisory capacities.
