School Immunization Information Day 

The Indiana Immunization Coalition, American Cancer Society, Indiana State Department of Health, and Indiana Association of School Nurses are hosting an Immunization Information Day for school nurses on November 5th and we want to invite you!

This event will include information about CHIRP, SIS and Chirp interface, Immunization Outbreak updates and much more.  The event is the day before the Indiana Association of School Nurses' annual conference and is in the same location.
