Advisor Portal Updates

The Gilman Program plans to fully transition out of the legacy portal system in the next few months. Here are a couple of new portal updates advisors can now view in the current portal:

  • Confirm Program Completion
Please refer to our website for step-by-step instructions on confirming program completion in the advisor portal. Gilman Advisors no longer need to complete this step in the legacy portal.

  • Applicant and Recipient Data Reports
Gilman Advisors can now download their respective institution's Gilman applicant and recipient data from the legacy portal! This data represents application cycles between 2012-2021. Once you log into the current advisor portal, click on the Recipients tab. You can then see the two download buttons for the reports:

We will continue to keep the advisor community updated with our portal transition. Please reach out to gilmanadvisors@iie.org with any questions. We greatly appreciate your help with this process!
