o Your confidentiality and trust is very important to us. We will make every effort to respect your privacy. Please be aware, however, in certain circumstances involving safety or criminal action, we may not be able to guarantee complete anonymity. Regardless of the situations, matters are generally handled discretely and in conformity with University privacy policies, and information about individuals or situations will only be shared with individuals with a legitimate need to know. The University also has strong anti-retaliation policies that protect individuals who report incidents or cooperate in an investigation.
o Anyone reporting an incident through this portal should provide either a phone number or an e-mail address so that we may contact you if there is a need for clarification or if additional questions or concerns arise. Also, if you want to receive a copy of your report, you will need to enter an email address in the top section. Please be aware that by not providing contact information in your report, you may limit our ability to address the concerns you have brought forth. If you require access to resources or support from our office but are unsure if you want to report an incident at this time, you can find more information by emailing us at eic@drexel.edu.
o Drexel University’s primary concern is the health and safety of its students, which is why we created the Responsible Dragon Amnesty Policy (RDAP). The University is aware that Students are sometimes reluctant to seek medical attention in alcohol and drug related emergencies out of fear that they may face sanctions related to possessing or consuming alcohol or other drugs. Drexel University seeks to create a culture of trust and care paired with safety and responsibility while reducing any barriers that would prevent students from seeking assistance. RDAP provides amnesty from disciplinary action for Students or Student Organizations who seek assistance during an alcohol or drug related emergency.
o Drexel University provides access to confidential resources to our students. Students can access on campus medical care by calling the Student Health Center at 215.220.4700. Counseling services are available through the Counseling Center Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm ET at 215.895.1415. If you are currently in crisis, please contact our on-call counselor, available 24-hours a day at 215.416.3337.
