New this year for Middle School Students with previous engineering and/or Stem experience. CSU faculty and students will work one-on-one with participants in design activities chosen to simulate real-world, entrepreneurial, engineering problems. Students will be tasked with identifying a problem to solve and then will design, build, test, iterate, and demonstrate a solution (such as an Arduino-controlled robot). Students will also tour and utilize CSU’s state-of-the-art 3D printers, mechatronics lab, and machine shop to create their designs.
The program is for 12–14-year-olds – so middle schoolers or freshman in high school.
