This form is to be used to request or recommend a student for consideration for an honors or Advanced Placement course, or other special course (i.e Symphonic Band, Virtual Enterprise, JROTC, Senior English selective). The completion of this form does not guarantee admission into the course as you must meet the prerequisites for the requested course, but student interest or staff recommendations will be considered by the Assistant Principal of the content area before final decisions are made. Students should discuss these requests with their Guidance Counselor.
