Though signing up to attend our information session is optional, we do ask that you fill out this quick form so we can get an idea of our expected attendance.
Attendance at the information session is not required for you to participate in the program this semester; however, we highly recommend you do attend.
In-person attendees will have the opportunity to win some Medi-Gators merchandise! We will also be selling merchandise at the in-person information session.
