4A Mentorship Program Mentor Application
Thank you for your interest in joining our 2022 4A Mentorship Program as a mentor! We look forward to partnering together to support current students and grow our alumni community.

Who can be a mentor:

- A UConn Alumni
  Who has...
- A minimum of 1-year full-time work experience
  Or is a...
- Graduate Students with a minimum 1-year experience
- Ph.D. Students with a minimum 1-year of experience

Mentor Roles & Responsibilities
 
- Orientation (1 hour)
- Minimum 1-hour meeting with mentees each month (6 hours)
- 1 Community Engagement Event (1 hour)
- 1 Professional Development Event (1:30 Hour)

Meetings will be conducted via zoom

We require that each mentor meet at least once a month over the course of the 6-month program, and complete orientation and both a community engagement and professional development event. By completing this form, you commit to the minimum time commitment for this mentorship program once matched *
