Since I was a little girl I have been passionately connected to the natural world and dreamed of knowing the healing secrets of all the plants and foods around me. Since before I even went to school I was keenly interested in knowing what can heal humanity.

 My early life was spent half in books, half in nature, learning from and observing the natural aspects of life. 

After graduating from University with a French and English language and literature degree, I went on to work for various corporations for almost 10 years. During this time my mental and physical health was visibly declining as I was craving for something more. More connection, more life. I developed an eating disorder and my body dysmorphia accentuated. I was addicted to nicotine and overall unhappy. In 2011 I completed my first Vipassana 10 day silent retreat, which gave me the tools for my journey to come.

Meanwhile, in my spare time I was educating myself on nutrition, spirituality and symbiotic methods of growing food - permaculture and organic agriculture.

In 2015 I decided to leave everything behind and follow a vision. I had no money and no definite plan. The way I like to say it: "I had £100 in my pocket and a stunning vision in my heart." 

I left Romania and relocated in the UK, where I spent a year volunteering for an organic farm, a permaculture project and a charity working to develop sustainable intentional communities.

I was unaware at the time but I was carrying severe burnout, PTSD and lingering symptoms of trauma from physical, emotional and sexual abuse in my younger years.

It was time for me to slow down and figure things out. 

I started my own little business offering eco-friendly home cleaning and decluttering services. I always saw the cleaning that I was offering as therapy, for both my clients and myself. 

 Some of my clients stayed with me for years and in time I had come to offer some of them guided meditations and various therapeutic services, much in the way that a medicine woman would offer healing to her village when needed. I learned to have true compassion and understanding for myself and my fellow humans. I learned about grounding and I learned how to be there for my clients in a real, authentic way, through thick and thin, celebrating their joys or supporting them through their struggles, all the while nurturing them through the gift of my loving cleaning and home caring.   

At the same time, my healing and self development continued. All my waking hours were dedicated to deepening my practice and my understanding of myself, God and the physical existence.

I started to maintain consistently heightened states of awareness, connection and bliss and learned how to consciously connect to the universal field of collective consciousness. This is where the deepest healing happened. And everything in my life experience transformed. It is from this space of healing and thriving that my offers are stemmed. From practices that have been successfully developed through trial and error, from my own life experience and from the many years of loving service.

If you work with me, I cannot promise you that all your problems will go away, I cannot promise that all your future life will be milk and honey. Because life and our blessed humanity does not work that way. 

What you will receive though is deep love, support and wisdom to help you cultivate bountiful joy, confidence and love of life. The tools I will share with you will help sustain and nourish you through your hard times, ground you, empower you, soothe you.

And most of all they will awaken you to the stream of love and miraculous life that is flowing constantly through you and towards you. Your food will taste divine, your breath will feel heavenly, your body awake and deliciously connected and you will realise that you ARE the creator of your own reality and that you CAN and DESERVE to create an exquisite existence for yourself and your loved ones.
